- oatmeal
- frozen banana
- peanut butter
- cacao powder
- chia seeds
- flaxseed
- brewer's yeast
- spinach
- drizzle of honey

In a blender, add the oats and cacao nibs and give it a quick pulse or two. Add remaining ingredients, except ice, and blend until well combined. Add 2 cups of ice until well blended.
- 1/4 cup quick oatmeal
- 1 frozen banana
- 2 Tbsp of Peanut Butter
- 2 Tbsp flaxseed
- 2 Tbsp cacao nibs
- 1 Tbsp brewers yeast
- 1 cup milk/almond milk/coconut milk
- 1 stevia packet (optional)
- 1 tablespoon of honey (optional)
- 2 cups ice

Blend the below until desired consistency.
- 1/4 cup quick oatmeal
- 4oz apple juice
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 1 peeled banana
- 3+ ice cubes
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 6oz vanilla or "Banilla" yogurt
