Lansinoh ships most orders within 1 business day of receipt.

All expedited orders must be placed by 1pm ET in order to ship the same day.

Any expedited orders placed after 1pm ET will ship the next business day.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

This policy applies only to products that were purchased on Lansinoh.com. Products purchased from other retail outlets must be returned to the original place of purchase, per that retailer's return policy.

Lansinoh products are personal hygiene items, and cannot be returned unless they are new, unopened, unused, and in the original packaging. Products can be returned to Lansinoh for exchange or refund within 60 days of the purchase date. The cost of the original shipping is not refundable.
