Kindred Bravely for Lansinoh Nursing and Wearable Pumping Bra: To best maintain your bras, give them a day of rest between wears (yes, really!). Generally, we recommend hand-washing items with gentle soap in cold water whenever possible, but washing on a gentle cycle in a laundry/lingerie bag can also work. It is always best to line dry your bras; avoid putting your bra in the dryer as this can shorten your bra's lifespan. That said, if you do need to toss a bra in the dryer, be sure to use low heat and avoid drying bras with heavy, scratchy, or sharp things like Velcro or zippers, or anything your bra hooks might catch on, such as mesh or tulle. To store your bras, hang them (by both straps!) on a hanger, or, if you keep your bras in a drawer, lay flat. If padding becomes folded in the wash, unfold before drying.

- We recommend taking a few breaths in and out a couple of times before measuring to relax your ribcage.
- Measure directly under your breasts (snug, but not tight) while keeping the measuring tape level. Round up or down to the next even, whole number. This even number is your band size, the number part of your bra size.
- Measure around the fullest part of your breasts while keeping the measuring tape level. This number is your bust size.
- Subtract your band size from your bust size to find your cup size. Each inch of difference is one letter, so a 5-inch difference would be an E cup (E is the fifth letter in the alphabet). That cup size, coupled with your underbust measurement, is your bra size.
- If you are in between band sizes, size down if you prefer a tighter band; size up if you prefer a looser band.

Your body’s shape and size can change rapidly during pregnancy, breastfeeding, and postpartum. We recommend measuring yourself before ordering. Measuring under your breasts and at the fullest part of your breasts is especially important before purchasing your bra.
