How to Use
- Freeze the ice pack in the freezer for at least 12 hours.
- Make sure breastmilk is securely sealed in clean bottles or milk storage bags.
- Fully fasten zipper to maintain insulation.
- Use both handles when carrying the bag. Using only one handle may cause the bag to tilt.
- We don't recommend freezing or chilling the bag as this may affect the materials and how well it performs over time. For best results, freeze the ice pack only, not the bag.
- We don’t recommend using ice cubes in the bag as it is not fully waterproof, and loose ice or liquids may leak.
- Clean after every use or as needed.
- Before cleaning, empty the cooler bag completely, including the ice pack.
- To clean the lining and the ice pack, wipe with a damp cloth.
- Spot clean the outside with water if needed.
- Do not use alcohol or chemical solvents. Do not wash in dishwasher or washing machine or submerge fully in water. Hand washing and line drying will help the bag last longer.
- Allow to air dry completely before storing or re-using. Do not dry it in a clothes dryer.
- Please follow breastmilk storage and handling safety guidelines as outlined by the CDC.
- The cooler bag is not a refrigerator or a freezer and is designed for temporary storage only. Transfer breastmilk to a refrigerator or freezer as soon as possible.
- Cooling time may vary depending on temperature of ice pack, external temperature, frequency of opening.
- Do not microwave or heat the ice pack.
- Inspect the ice pack before using it. Do not use if the ice pack is punctured, leaking or damaged.
