What makes the Lansinoh bottle different from other bottles?
The Lansinoh bottle has a wide neck for a seamless transition between pumping, storing and feeding breastmilk. As part of the new Lansinoh Pump-Store-Feed solution, moms can now pump directly into one bottle, attach the NaturalWave Nipple to feed right away or seal it to store breastmilk until needed.
Are Lansinoh bottles BPA-free?
Yes! Both the bottle and nipple are BPA-free. They are made of polypropylene plastic which is also chemical- and additive-free.

Are Lansinoh bottles nipples dishwasher safe?
Lansinoh bottles and NaturalWave Nipples are dishwasher safe. However, for longer life of the NaturalWave Nipple, we would recommend gentle hand washing.
Can I sterilize Lansinoh bottles and nipples in boiling water?
The Lansinoh bottles and NaturalWave Nipples can be sterilized by boiling in water. Please be sure that no parts of the bottle or attachments touch the bottom or the sides of the pan because this could cause them to melt.
What is the Air Ventilation System (AVS)?
The Air Ventilation System reduces the intake of air, so, in turn, it lessens gas and the symptoms commonly associated with colic and fussiness.
Do you make a bottle warmer for the Lansinoh bottle?
At this time we do not make a bottle warmer for the Lansinoh bottle. We recommend either warming the milk in the container your breastmilk was in (such as a breastmilk storage bag) or placing the Lansinoh bottle with breastmilk in a container with warm water and heat to desired temperature.
When heating in a microwave should the top with the nipple be screwed on?
We DO NOT recommend heating breastmilk or any liquid for a baby or toddler in a microwave because the microwave can create hot spots and damage breastmilk nutrients. We do NOT recommend heating the bottle in the microwave in any form.
Do you also have other flow nipples?
Lansinoh NaturalWave Nipples come in slow, medium and fast flow depending on your baby’s needs. Babies flow preferences often have to do with the way they feed at the breast. We know all babies and their preferences are different, so we offer three choices because one flow type does not work for all babies.
I have slow, medium and fast nipples. Is there a way to tell them apart?
On the bottom rim of the nipple, the slow-flow nipple reads “Size 2S”, the medium-flow reads “Size 3M” and the fast-flow reads “Size 4L”.
Can I use a nipple brush to clean the nipple?
You can use a nipple brush to clean the NaturalWave Nipple if necessary. It is important to be gentle and not poke the brush through the hole; it is very small and this can compromise the silicone. You can also soak nipples in warm soapy water, rinse and air dry, or place in top rack of the dishwasher.
