What bug repellent is safe for Mom and baby?

Warmer weather means baby is spending more time outside. Here's what you need to know about what bug repellent is safe for babies:
First things first
The CDC says to avoid insect repellents on babies younger than 2 months old. Dress baby in clothes that protect arms and legs. You might also want to consider a mosquito net to cover your carrier, stroller, etc.
For children older than 3 months
It's safe to use 10% to 30% DEET according to the CDC and American Academy of Pediatrics. Also, do not put repellent on your child's "hands, eyes, mouth, and cut or irritated skin."
Natural repellents
Sounds like a good idea, but the CDC and EPA recommend only using EPA-registered insect repellent. More details from the EPA here.
Pregnant and breastfeeding mamas...we didn't forget about you
If you're expecting, the CDC says products containing DEET and Picaridin are safe.
